arrested_handcuffsOn Saturday, April 4th at approximately 12:30 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy Bennett responded to a report of suspicious vehicles in the area of 3B Road and Sycamore Road. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with several subjects in vehicles. Upon investigating the incident, 26 year old Michael Yoder of Walkerton was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was transported to the Marshall County Jail for a certified test. Yoder was held on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person and Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .08 or More. He was later released on No Judical Review.
