On Saturday, March 7th at approximately 10:45 P.M. Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy Bennett made contact with a male subject in the roadway near King Road and 9A Road. During the course of the investigation the male subject was identified as 28 year old Zachary Graham of Plymouth. Graham was found to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol and in possession of drugs and taken into custody. Mr. Graham was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Public Intoxication and Possession of Marijuana and held on a $255 bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
