On Saturday, February 29th at 12:37 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Bennett conducted a traffic stop in the area of US 31 and Kenilworth Road. The driver of the vehicle identified as 32 year old Keith Wakeland of Rochester resisted Officer’s during the traffic stop and was taken into custody. Wakeland was transported to the Marshall County Jail on charges of Resisting Law Enforcement and held on a $755 bond. He was later released that day after posting bond.
