The Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Tuesday evening, November 12th at 7:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
The agenda include two variance of development standard requests by Tamra Fritz at 4281 Lake Shore in Bremen. She is requesting a reduction in the front yard setback from the required 30 feet to 19.5 feet to build a porch and a reduction of the side yard setback from 10 feet to 8.9 feet to build a small addition to the existing garage.
The second variance request is from Kitty Mossman at 5018 West Shore Drive in Bremen. A variance of development standard is requested to reduce the rear yard setback from 45 feet to 18 feet in order to build a residence on the property.
The final case before the Marshall County BZA is a special use to allow a single wide trailer on a parcel in North Township by Dezerea Crump. The lot is at the end of Church Street in LaPaz.
The County BZA meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
