Construction on the new Lincoln Junior High School building is still on schedule according to Derek Anderson of Skillman Corporation.
Tuesday evening Anderson told the Plymouth School Board that they expect to be shifting students desks along with other equipment to the new building by the end of March or early April, 2020. He indicated that paving work schedules will depend on the temperature of at least 35 degrees for the first levels and 45 degrees or high for the final coats. He said there would still be more paving necessary in the spring as well and any work that will need to be delayed could be finished at that time.
Anderson said they had great bids for the work already in progress and they expect to have similar bids for the work that will be needed towards the end of the project.
Superintendent Andy Hartley said they are in the design phase for the portion of the current building that will be not be demolished.
