Volunteers wore Jurassic Park themed costumes. Gov. Eric J. Holcomb dressed as a scientist, First Lady Janet Holcomb dressed as a woman riding a dinosaur and First Dog Henry Holcomb dressed as a Triceratops.
The governor, first lady and volunteers passed out candy, donated by Frankfort-based Zachary Confections, and single-day passes to Indiana state parks
