During the 2019 Extension Board Annual Meeting Tuesday evening two residents were honored for the services to Marshall County 4-H and the Extension Board.
The Marshall County 4-H Council presented the “Friend of 4-H Award” to Karmen Leeper. Leeper has been a key player in the Marshall County 4-H program, serving as the secretary of the 4-H council for the past few years. She has volunteered for 9 years and helped promote change and growth within the program.
The 4-H Council also presented the “Friend of Extension” award to Don Morrison. Morrison has been involved in Purdue Extension for over 40 years. He has helped with and volunteered in the 4-H program, serving as a volunteer, Fair Board President, Fair Board member and so much more.
