Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle Monday morning, June 3rd just after midnight. The stop was near the intersection of 9A Road and U.S. 31.
After an investigation 23 year old Shane Smalley of Warsaw was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for OWI endangerment with a BAC above .15 and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
