Warrant arrestOfficer Paul Stamper with the Plymouth Police Department arrested a Plymouth man Tuesday, May 21st on a couple of warrants.

About 10 p.m. the officer located 54 year old Kenneth Kiefer at Krogers.  He was taken into custody for two outstanding warrants through Marshall County for Failure to Appear.

Kiefer was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on a $750 and $250 cash bonds.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
