38 year old Jeffrey H. Jackson was stopped on a traffic by Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department. The traffic stop was near the intersection of Oak and 7th Roads at 8:30 in the evening on Monday, May 20th.
After an investigation, Mr. Jackson was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with a juvenile passenger and OWI with a Blood Alcohol Content above .15.
Jeffery Jackson of Plymouth was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
