Domest battery arrestPlymouth Police Officer Steve DeLee was dispatched to 700 Berkley Street, lot 332 for a welfare check on Friday, May 17th at 6 a.m.

After investigation it was determined the male, 35 year old Zachary Howard had battered the female inside.  He was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Domestic Battery, Strangulation, and Criminal Confinement and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
