MugShot_ian marshallA LaPorte man was arrested on Saturday, May 18th after a Marshall County Police Officer conducted a traffic stop just after 11 PM at North Michigan Road and 2C Road. 

Officer Wozniak stopped a gold 2005 Pontiac passenger car and found the driver, 42 year old Ian W. Marshall to be operating without ever receiving a driver`s license and to be under the influence of alcohol.  Marshall was found to be over two times the legal limit of alcohol and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver`s license with a prior charge.
