The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 9:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Agenda for the meeting includes a report from Jason Peters of the County Highway Department and a zoning change from C-1 to T-1 for William Cox.
Sheriff Matt Hassel will discuss the Inmate Workers Rules with the commissioners and request to apply for the 2018-2019 OPO Grant.
County Attorney Jim Clevenger will update the commissioners and the County Auditor, Julie Fox will present the minutes, monthly claims and a contract with SRI for the 2019 Tax Sale.
Under Commissioner Items is the Water Task Force and a request from the Safety Committee to conduct a Safety Training day on September 19th. The County Offices would close at 11 a.m. and the training would begin at noon.
The Commissioner’s meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome.
