Officer Jerrid Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department located 38 year old Christopher Hughes of Plymouth at Advance Auto on Monday afternoon about 3:45. Hughes had three outstanding Marshall County warrants for Failure to Appear on misdemeanor cases.
Christopher Hughes was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail and held with NO BOND.
