Officer Jerrid Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle on Sunday, December 23rd at approximately 1:40 PM. The traffic stop was in the parking lot of Family Express on West Jefferson Street. The driver, 27 year old Matthew J. Topelian Jr. of Knox was arrested on an outstanding Marshall County warrant for Failure to Appear.
Topelian was incarcerated on at the Marshall County Jail with NO BOND.
