public intoxSaturday, March 24th about 7:30 in the evening, Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper was dispatched to the area of West Jefferson Street and 5th Street in reference to a couple of possibly intoxicated subjects walking around.

Officer Stamper responded to the area and conducted an investigation.

18 year old Ciera Meyers of Plymouth and a juvenile were arrested for Public Intoxication.

The juvenile was released to parents and Ciera Myers was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
