Warrant arrestOn Friday, March 23rd at approximately 11:20 at night, Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 320 Jackson Heights Road Apartment number 36 to a possible domestic disturbance.

When officers arrived there were several intoxicated subjects inside the apartment that had been arguing.  The argument was verbal only.

One of the subjects in the apartment, 23 year old Samuel Alan Nichols II of Plymouth was found to have an outstanding warrant through Marshall County.

Samuel Alan Nichols II was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on the outstanding warrant.
