Plymouth Police Officer John Weir conducted a traffic stop on Tuesday, March 20th at Harrison and Flora Streets just before 1 in the afternoon.
20 year old Hector Barela of Bremen was taken into custody for Operator Never Licensed and Identity Theft. He was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond.
