MugShot_Colin Harding3=19=18On Sunday, March 18th, 2018 at 1:16 AM, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a silver 2009 Ford Focus in the area of Sheryl Court and Sunset Drive in Plymouth. 

The officer detected a strong smell of marijuana and   approximately 6 grams of marijuana was located in the vehicle along with paraphernalia. 

The driver, 18 year old Colin Harding of Plymouth was found to be under the influence of marijuana.  Colin was booked and processed for Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated under a controlled substance, Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia. His cash bond was set at $1,500.

MugShot_Allison Andrews3-19-18A passenger in the vehicle, 18 year old Allison Andrews also of Plymouth was booked and prcessed for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Her cash bond was set at $500 and she was released 4:15 Sunday morning.
