More than 100 Weidner School of Inquiry @ PHS freshmen in Ms. Haley Church’s BioArt classes have been busy making clay artwork that will soon be up for bid via a silent auction at the 6th Annual Clay for Cancer event that will be held on Friday evening. The event is open to the public from 6:30-8:15 p.m. on March 16, 2018. If you are interested in attending please enter PHS through the north entrance – door #5. The “Father of the Bride” play will be presented that evening at PHS. Bidders will be allowed to see the play and view the clay creations during intermission by door 5 and throughout the art hallways.
Clay pieces will be sold by silent auction at the play Friday night. Bidding will occur from 6:30-8:00 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the Cancer Association of Marshall County. Last year’s event raised more than $1,300 to fight cancer.
