A traffic stop on the city’s west side ended with a Plymouth man being arrested for Operator Never Licensed.
Friday morning Plymouth Police Officer John Weir stopped a vehicle at Lake and Meadow. He found the driver, 26 year old Timothy Thomas to be driving without ever receiving a driver’s license.
Thomas was booked into the Marshall County Jail.
