ArrestedOn Tuesday, March 6th Plymouth Police Officer John Weir was dispatched to 1,000 West Jefferson Street, Jamaica Me Tan, in reference to a male subject sleeping in a sleeping-bag on a picnic table.

Officer Weir spoke to the subject in an attempt to identify who he was.  The man kept changing his story so Officer Weir transported him to the Marshall County Jail and booked him in for Failure to Identify.  They ran his fingerprints in the system and were able to determine his identity as 50 year old Randolph S.
