Easter in the ParkAllie Shook, Recreation Director for the Plymouth Park Department has announced details for the annual Easter in the Park event.

This year, Easter in the Park will be held in Centennial Park on Thursday, March 29th at 5:30 p.m.  The event will be held at the front of Centennial Park near the large wooden playground.

Thousands of plastic Easter Eggs will be filled with candy and a few will have bigger prizes in them.  Children will be split into three age groups; walking to age 4, ages 5 to 7 and 8 to 11.  The kids should bring with them a basket or bag to gather their eggs in.  Once opened the eggs should be placed in one of the large barrels so the park can reuse them.

FREE popcorn and Coke will also be available and there might be a visit from the Easter Bunny too so bring your cameras.

Easter in the Park is held rain, snow or shine and is sponsored by First Federal Savings Bank in Plymouth.
