Garro Street Bridge Flooding 2-21-18Here is the most recent update from the National Weather Service for flooding of the Yellow River.  They are forecasting the Yellow River will crest at 17.1 feet around 7 a.m. on Thursday morning. This would tie the old record set back in October of 1954.

The Flood Warning has been extended for the Yellow River at Plymouth until late Sunday night.   At 11 a.m. Wednesday the river was at 15.8 feet and rising.  Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is still in the forecast.  Flood stage for the Yellow River in Plymouth is 13.0 feet.

This most recent forecast from the National Weather Service is saying the river will rise to a crest near 17.1 feet around 7 a.m. on Thursday February 22 and fall below flood stage around 2 a.m. on Sunday February 25.
