MugShot_Christopher SwihartA Plymouth man was arrested for Possession of Meth by County Police Saturday afternoon after they responded to a Douglas Drive residence for a domestic disturbance. 

At approximately 5:30 Saturday evening, February 10th Marshall County Police responded to 4775 Douglas Drive.  During the investigation County Patrolman Jonathan Bryant located methamphetamine on Christopher Swihart, 29 of the Douglas Drive residence.   

Swihart was subsequently lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 5 Felony, and given a $5000.00 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
