Plymouth_Logo_2014The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meeting Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting.

The board will open quotes for new police vehicles, hear reports from the various department heads.  The city engineer will present a request by CentutyLink to work in the right-of-way, consider usage of city streets for the US 30 & Baker Ditch Bridge project, review the engineering time study and consider the street rating summary.  The board is also getting an update on the Greenway Trail phase II project.

The Common Council meeting at 6:30 includes an update from the Fee Schedule Subcommittee and an update on the building lighting request by the Street Department.  The City Council will consider an ordinance amending the fee schedule at the airport and an ordinance authorizing the city to issue its taxable economic development revenue bonds and notes for the Aquatics Center financing plan.

The city meetings are open to the public but comments are limited to agenda items only.  The meetings are held on the Conference room of the Fire Department.  Participants should use the southern most doors to enter the meeting.
