A traffic stop Tuesday evening by Bremen Police Officer John Tice ended with a South Bend man being lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a Prior and Possession of Marijuana.
About 9:30 Tuesday evening Office Tice stopped 41 year old Christopher K. Moffett at Bowen Avenue and High Road. He was found to be driving on a suspended license and was in possession of marijuana.
Moffett was held in the County Jail on a $750 cash bond and given a March 6th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
