Plymouth Police units were dispatched to Karma Records at 2856 Miller Drive on Friday, February 2nd about 4:10 p.m. for a theft complaint.
18 year old Kailyn I. Smoot of Knox was located and eventually arrested for theft by Sgt. Joe Deisch.
