Driving Without a licenseA traffic stop Monday afternoon by Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser resulted in the arrest of a Plymouth man.   About 3:45 Officer Emenhiser conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of North and Walnut Streets.

It was discovered that the driver, 24 year old Jorge Morin-Torres of 312 North Street was driving a vehicle without ever receiving a license. Torres was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $250 cash bond.
