Sunday morning Marshall County Police arrested a Bremen man for
On Sunday morning, February 4th, about 5:45 Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak was dispatched to a residence in the 1,000 block of Jute Road for a trespassing complaint.
The officer located 43 year old Larry Baltes on the property. Baltes had been served a no trespass warning for the property a week prior.
Larry Baltes was taken into custody and was lodged in the jail for Trespassing and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
