Marshall County Coroner John Grolich has released the name of the man who died last Saturday night in the 300 block of West LaPorte Street in Plymouth.
50 year old Joseph F, Dillard was located in an upstairs bedroom by Plymouth Police, Fire and Paramedics unresponsive, not breathing and with no pulse.
There was also a female in the same room and Plymouth Police Officers were able to administer CPR and resuscitate her. She was transported to the Plymouth hospital by Plymouth paramedics and survived.
This is a suspected double drug overdose situation and toxicology results won’t be available for a few weeks to determine the exact cause of death.
Plymouth Police and the Marshall County Coroner’s Office continue to investigate this death.
