Saturday afternoon Bremen Police Officer Nick Young arrested a Milford man after he stopped him at US 6 and State Road 331.
Just after 3 p.m. Officer Young stopped 27 year old Justin D. Birchfield for driving over the posted speed limit.
Charges have been filed against him for Driving While Suspended with a Prior.
The charges and information supplies are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
