A couple of students from Triton School Corporation had their work selected to be included in the Scholastic Art Award show at the South Bend Museum of Art February 2-March 10th:
Jingle Grigsby – Cat View, Digital Art Honorable Mention, He Hasn’t Noticed Yet, Digital Art Honorable Mention, Characters and Creatures, Art Portfolio Honorable Mention
Haley Shaw – Flatworm Pseudoceros Bimarginatus, Comic Art Gold Key and
Dylan Fear – Self Portrait, Drawing and Illustration Gold Key
The students receiving gold keys will compete at the national level in NYC this spring. Mr. James Willard, the Rad Tech, from Kosciusko Community Hospital, joined Triton School Corporation Scholars as our guest speaker. He gave presentations on radiology to AP biology, Biomedical classes (PBS, HBS, BI),7th grade Science, Chemistry and Physics classes today. It was very informative and taught the students about radiology careers.
