MugHSot_Weaver, Mark AllenOn Tuesday, January 16, the Plymouth Police Department received a report from the manager of Love’s Travel Stop at US 30 and Pioneer Drive in Plymouth regarding thefts that had occurred there earlier.

Detective Leo Mangus began an investigated and was able to recover the stolen property.

36 year old Mark Weaver of Pennsylvania Avenue in Plymouth, an employee at Love’s, was arrested and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Theft.

The cash bond for Mark Weaver was set at $1,000 and his initial hearing has been scheduled for January 30.
