Stan Klotz of Bremen was the second person to file for the District 1 County Commissioners seat. On Tuesday, January 16th he made his intentions known by filing papers in the Marshall County Voter Registration office.
In a very brief written statement Klotz said, “Anyone who enters Marshall County can tell exactly where the county line is by the condition of the road. It’s embarrassing that we have the worst roads of any county around us and we are just suppose to get use to it. I refuse to accept this as the new normal for Marshall County!”
Klotz will face incumbent Kurt Garner in the May primary on the Republican ballot.
