On Saturday, January 13th, at 10:09 PM, Officer Wozniak with the Marshall County Police department initiated a traffic stop on Dickson Street near Michigan Street in Plymouth for an equipment violation.
The driver, 33 year old Christopher Palmer of Holloway Drive in Plymouth was found to be operating with a suspended-prior driver`s license and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver`s license.
Palmer was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $750 cash bond.
