Keith Hammonds, Plymouth Building Inspector presented the 2017 year-end report to members of the Board of Public Works and Safety during last week’s meeting.
A total of 216 building permits were issued with 38 in the first quarter, 75 in the second quarter, 62 in the third quarter and 41 in the final quarter of last year. The estimated construction cost of those 216 building permits was $13,525,992.57.
