The Plymouth Optimist Club will host the Tri-Star Basketball Contest on Sunday, January 21st.
All youth ages 8 to 13 in Marshall County are encouraged to participate in this event that judges on basketball dribbling, passing and shooting skills.
First place winners in each age group will advance to the finals held on March 18tth in New Castle.
Registration begins at noon and the contest at 1 p.m. There is no cost but an adult must sign a permission slip for each child to participate. Gym shoes are also required and parents, family, and friends are encouraged to attend.
The snow date will be Sunday January 28th.
