Officers from the Marshall County Drug Task Force along with County Police Officer Jonathan Bryant and Plymouth Officer John Weir made several drug arrested on Monday, January 8th.
Officers Bryant and Weir located 29 year old William Freck at his place of employment at Goodyear. He was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for Dealing in Methamphetamine.
Later in the day on Monday Officers Bryant and Weir located and arrested 28 year old Brittany Craig for an
outstanding warrant and Possession of Marijuana at the Red Rock Inn.
Officers also arrested 27 year old David Taylor and
45 year old Peggy Watkins for Possession of Marijuana as well at the Red Rock Inn.
Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
