warrant-arrestPlymouth Police received a call from the Marshall County Drug Task Force Tuesday morning advising that wanted subjects were located at 2550 North Michigan Street, the Red Rock Inn.

Officer Ben McIntyre located 20 year old Kenneth McIntire Jr. and placed him under arrest for felony warrants for Burglary, Theft and Dealing in Methamphetamine.

While searching him, Officer McIntyre located a small baggy containing a scheduled 4 controlled substance.

McIntire was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on the warrants and for the new charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Just before noon Office John Weir was directed by the Drug Task Force to apprehend 22 year old Cambria Cook of Rochester at the Red Rock Inn. Cook had an active warrant for her arrest for Dealing Methamphetamines.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
