During the period of November 10, 2017 through December 3, 2017 the Plymouth Police Department participated in the Operation Pull Over program. Agencies throughout the Sate of Indiana as well as other departments in Marshall County also participated in this enforcement program.
Operation Pull Over provides funding for officers to work traffic enforcement above and beyond their normal tours of duty to increase safe family travel throughout the state of Indiana.
The Plymouth Police Department had 5 officers participate during this enforcement period. These officers worked 49 hours and made 98 traffic stops. Some of the following citations and arrests were the result of these stops: 5 arrests for Operating While Intoxicated, 4 license related arrests or citations, ten speeding citations, and 103 warnings were issued for various violations.
