The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory in effect from 1 a.m. Thursday until 7pm Thursday. Lake Effect Snow is expected.
Citizens should plan on difficult travel conditions, including during the morning and evening commutes on Thursday, total snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches, with localized amounts up to 10 inches are expected. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
