Shoplifting40 year old Frank Bailey Jr. of Plymouth was seen concealing items at the Plymouth Walmart on December 24th.  He failed to pay for them after proceeding past all points of sale. 

Mr. Bailey was detained by Walmart asset protection staff until Plymouth Police arrived. 

Officer Ben McIntyre took Mr. Bailey into custody without incident and transported him to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft.
