On Tuesday, December 26th Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 27 year old Kevin L Guise of Plymouth for theft from Walmart.
During his arrest Guise was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on $750 cash bond and given a court date of January 23 in Marshall Superior Court II.
