Warrant arrestA traffic stop Thursday afternoon, December 14th resulted in the arrest of a Plymouth man.

Plymouth Police Officer John Weir stopped a vehicle at Taco Bell on North Michigan Street about 12:15.  While speaking with the driver, 35 year old Richard McCarty it was found his driving license was suspended with a prior.  Officer Weir also found two active warrants for his arrest.

He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for the Driving While Suspended charge with a prior and the two warrants.
