suspendedFriday morning, about 7:45 Plymouth Police Officer Shelly Cleveland conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle traveling without headlights at Markley and Shamrock Drive.

It was discovered the driver, 41 year old Juan M. Contreras of Plymouth was driving while suspended with a prior charge.

Contreras was arrested and lodge in the Marshall County Jail.
