Officer Steve DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 37 year old Talia Moyer of Plymouth on Wednesday, December 6th for Theft.
Officer DeLee was dispatched to Walmart for a female shoplifter just after noon. Talia Moyer had been stopped by Walmart loss prevention and detained in the office.
She transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $750 cash bond.
