Bremen and Plymouth swimmers in Wawasee Invitational
SYRACUSE – Plymouth and Bremen swimmers competed in the Wawasee invitational with the Bremen girls finishing sixth and the Plymouth girls seventh, while Bremen’s boys were tied for second and Plymouth’s boys finished seventh.
Plymouth’s girls got a win from Tristan Pearson with a 175.45 in diving, and Bremen’s boys 200 medley relay team of Anders Brurok, Luke Becker Beck Brurok, and Carter Filchak had a first place time of 1:46.56.
Second place finishers for Bremen’s boys were Beck Brurok in the 200 IM, Luke Becker in the 100 yard backstroke with a 1:01. Bremen’s girls got seconds from Katie Yelaska in the 100 butterfly with a 1:07.54, Kailey Simmons 100 freestyle with a 56.4. Plymouth’s Alex Vancza took a second in the 100 breast stroke with a 1:06.65.
