suspendedPlymouth Police Officer John Weir observed 39 year old Shayne Edington driving southbound on Michigan Street on Thursday, November 30th about 10 a.m.  Officer Weir knew that Edington did not have a valid driver’s license.

He initiated a traffic stop at Michigan and Washington Streets and took Shayne Edington into custody without incident.
