The Loves Truck Stop at US 30 and Pioneer Drive called 911 Sunday afternoon about 1:30 to report a male stealing items from the store. The male suspect left prior to Plymouth Police arriving on the scene but the car he was in was stopped by a Starke County unit.
Police did a county line transfer and 33 year old Gene Meegan who was listed as homeless was arrested and taken to Marshall County Jail and lodged on a $1,500 cash bond.
